Cancellation Policy

We understand plans can change. Unless a different cancellation arrangement is stated in your booking confirmation, the following policy applies.

24 hours or more before pickup: no cancellation charge, except any non-refundable third-party cost already incurred specifically for your booking.
Between 6 and 24 hours before pickup: a cancellation charge of up to 50% of the agreed fare may apply.
Less than 6 hours before pickup or passenger no-show: a cancellation charge of up to 100% of the agreed fare may apply.

If we need to cancel a confirmed booking for reasons within our control, any amount paid for the cancelled service will be refunded. This does not affect rights you may have under applicable consumer law.
